Kick Your Leg for Mental Health
We have started a Facebook page called Kick Your Leg to celebrate Mental Health.
You can post photos or videos of you and your friends, family, school or even pets doing the best Kick Your Leg to show your support and raise visibility for people experiencing mental distress and mental health issues.
If you can’t kick your leg, raise an arm, snap your fingers or give a wink, we would love to see how you show your support in a photo or video for Kick Your Leg for mental health!
Help us show that as a community we care about the negative stigma, isolation, discrimination and fear many people experiencing mental health issues face and that we are here for them and that we are them!

Be as creative as you like in celebration of destroying the negative barriers that often lead to mental health issues being exacerbated or ignored instead of people seeking support and care.
